In May, the operation and production of Shougang Mining’s Dashihe Iron Ore Magnetic Separation Project reached a new level, with many indicators reaching their highest level in history. The monthly handling capacity reached 403,200 tons, and a total of 87 trains and 4,336 cars of building materials were dispatched. The mine has further straightened out the transportation system of the mining area around the magnetic separation project, shortened the transportation distance of prepared materials by 0.35 km and improved the efficiency of mine cars. The transfer mode has been optimized, operation efficiency has been improved and potential risks have been eliminated in time, ensuring the stable operation of the production lines. The unit consumption of “three oils and one tire” is 0.51 RMB/ton lower than the annual plan, the cost of spare parts has been reduced by 0.26 RMB/ton and power consumption has been reduced by 0.28 RMB/ton. Many indicators have hit their best level in history.
