Recently, Phase I (Plot E3) of the Shougang Living Base Project, supervised by Chengxin Project Supervision Co., Ltd., was successfully delivered and received high praise from the owner. Buildings 1 and 2 of the project were awarded the title of “Tangshan High-quality Structural Engineering.”

Located in Caofeidian New Town, the Shougang Living Base (Plot E3) Project comprises 14 residential, commercial, and supporting buildings ranging from six to 11 floors. It is a high-quality residential supporting complex developed by Beijing-Hebei Caofeidian Collaborative Development Demonstration Zone Construction Investment Co., Ltd. (“Caofeidian Construction Investment”) for the employees of Shougang Jingtang United Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. Throughout the construction process, Supervision Department III of Chengxin Project Supervision Co., Ltd.’s Jingtang Branch adhered to its comprehensive supervisory responsibilities, promoted the smooth progress of the supervision in an orderly manner, and ensured the safe and successful delivery of the project. The professional supervision engineers diligently promoted standardized supervision, conscientiously enforced the relevant construction acceptance codes and standards, and leveraged their excellent technical and operational skills to address the project’s characteristics and difficulties, meticulously organizing and strengthening quality and safety management across all aspects and stages. By the end of the project, 26 supervision plans and detailed supervision implementation rules had been formulated, over 90 construction organization designs and construction (special) plans and measures had been reviewed, and 190 suggestions had been put forward. Additionally, over 2,000 material entry and on-site witness sampling procedures were conducted, and more than 800 subdivisional works were accepted. In total, 113 supervision notices (related to safety and quality) and contact lists were issued, 65 joint safety inspections and 40 joint quality inspections were organized, and over 100 regular and special supervision meetings were held.
